A lot of those getting into Poland will soon be floating our way in a rubber dinghy and put up in a nice hotel at our expense!  ::)

Apparently over 1000 were brought into Dover in one day recently.  :-\

Occupants of 25 boats brought ashore today with up to 50 in each boat, so somewhere around the 1000 mark today by the sound of things.  >:(

I've seen a few commentators comparing Macron's lack of action against organised crime and the people traffickers, and Lukashenko's actions in sending migrants to Polish border. ie both exploiting people for political gain, albeit in different ways.

So when Ursula Von der leyonherback complains about Lukashenko, maybe she should look and see what's going on within her own borders...  ::)

It looks like we have sent a few troops to help Poland secure the border.

It looks like the number is 10 so I can't see them making a huge difference.
