first good motorway run

im gonna give the omega a run saturday to cleavdon bristol junction 20 m5
nice place called warrens holiday village
they rent out little huts for about £40 a night
got pub and disco on saturday night plus there own fishing pool
you need to be there before 12 to book a room

Avon Bridge is being dug up again .. watch out for speed restrictions and hold ups .. :(

Again !!???   I wonder how long this one will last?  I seem to recall that there were cones there for 20 of the last 25 years !!

The last work was 7 years ago believe it or not !! when it went from 3 lanes to 4. That was designed to take a MAXIMUM of 70,000 vehicles a day. Present AVERAGE is 100,000 vehicles a day so it has worn out much faster than planned. It requires the waterproof membrane replacing and a new surface.... unfortunately to replace the membrane they have to take the whole black top off ..
