Having a perfectly good tooth extracted because it had cracked all the way to the roots. Painful as f*uck.

I'm now told that not all of the tooth could be removed, so I have to have an operation to get the remains yanked out.

Tramadol is nice! 

Fentanyl seems to be pretty effective if you don't care what you look like afterwards.

Fentanyl will put you in your box pretty effectively! 

Which would also be an effective cure for a toothache.     

And a severe bout of Man flu.

They sent you along the A43 dual carriageway for 3 miles, then at the roundabout made you double back and go 3 miles along the dual carriageway back to where you started, then turned you round and back up teh same dual carriageway for 3 miles, and....

Similar diversion signage on the A418 at Hartwell. The road has been closed since Friday and doesn’t reopen until this coming Monday. Although the official online diversion from Thame to Aylesbury is via Princes Risborough, Kimble to Stoke Mandeville (yep, one hell of a detour but I guess it’s for HGV’s), the actual diversion signs send you along the A418 towards ……….. yep, Hartwell.   
Obviously locals cut through Cuddington, Winchendon and approach from Waddesdon direction.

It's about ten miles away from us but it crosses the main routes of where I mostly need to go. I'm still at a loss as to who it's supposed to help. 
Don't know about anyone else on here but we used to have far more local train stations when I was a youngster so it's not as if it's an improvement. I doubt that I'll ever use HS2, assuming that the old Bicester to Marylebone line will still exist.

We bag them in a blanket, handcuffs them and tie them to the seat. They then get the pleasure of a cup of water and welfare check every 15 minutes. In in an emergency evacuation, they only get off if it's safe/enough time to release them.

If you're that much of an arse to be handcuffed and strapped to a seat, then I don't suppose there's ever going to be enough time

Apparently, the woman who does the flu jabs broke her arm a week or 2 back and is signed off.  Obviously, they felt the need to continually spam me with reminders not to forget the appointment, but never thought to tell me that they weren't going to be able to do it.  Or even just cancel the appointment so I could rebook.

Obviously the useless idiot, for the sake of anomality lets just call him Choccie, had just dropped a bollock and forgotten to get anyone in.  Useless idiot.

So I turn up for my rescheduled jab....

Just heard that one of my cousins died from Cancer on Sunday and another also died from it on Monday.
One of them a 37 year old Mum with a couple of young kids. 
Almost all of my extended family have died from Cancer, well before their time.

Sad beyond words , 37 with all her life in front of her .
I think back to when I was that age and realise what has been stolen from her and her children.
