Two types of bail and they are very different.

Police bail obligates you to be available for investigation purposes whilst enquiries are continuing.

Court bail refers to your restricted freedom post investigation pending your Crown Court appearance.

They serve similar purposes but are legally and technically different things...

That Tommo bloke is lucky he's not been charged with anything more. Not saying he's wrong, but deliberately damaging a boat at sea with a view to sink it is up there with arson regardless of if you own the boat or not.

Plus, a bloke who threw a plastic bottle at a line of Police in riot gear, including shields is jailed for two years. 
Nothing to do with the fact he was protesting against illegal immigration. Nothing at all. 

If the five blokes really were involved in a terror plot then released on bail, heads should roll, but I suspect it might turn out to be something else.
It will probably be kept secret until the dust settles and the truth slipped out when there are far more important news stories to cover.

I've seen lots of speculation that they were actually out and about looking to nick diesel or heating oil, but found themselves caught up in a terror plot! 

It's OK though, Trumpy was watching them for a 'very long time' and knew all about them!

I don’t often, if ever, post on the peed off topic, but today I am proper narked.

Got home from holiday in Norfolk to find my nice (until now) neighbour has converted the back of his house into what looks like an industrial unit. Two huge Toshiba air conditioners, ducting, pipes and cables all over the place. It’s an absolute eyesore.

Prevailing wind is from his direction towards ours, so we’ll get all his waste heat and noise coming our way.

And because it’s on the back he doesn’t need any kind of permission!!

I hope he doesn’t think he can run these at night. There have been other incidents nearby where someone obtained a court order to stop a local tw@ from jingling his wind chimes all night, keeping everyone else awake. Neighbours around him are 40-50 years older, myself included, so…

OK. Got that off my chest. I feel slightly better now.. sorry for that

Yes, there are definitely rules and regulations regarding the constant humming becoming a nuisance. 
What you also have to remember is that they require regular servicing, as the older they get, the noisier the bearings become.
