Rumour has it that Chairman Starmer is going to give his comrade Sadiq Khan a peerage!   ::)

That means he could be given a ministerial job, attend cabinet or even become Prime Minister!  :o   >:(

The orange man would be pleased. It is well known he has great admiration for the incompetent dwarf. ::)

Relations between Starmer and Trump would improve. >:D

I know there is more chance of Halewood building Chinese drone kits than something sensible happening, but given his recent penchant for disrupting mineral rich Third World dictatorships/ offering to strengthen US peripheral defences by 'acquisition'/liberating Islamic State strongholds... Perhaps Donald would consider UK as a suitable prospect...

After all we meet all three of those criteria  :-X

And as the bulk of our servicable forces are currently deployed in the Middle East, he wouldn't actually need to bomb anything.

Mineral rich? No. Everything else, yes.

Plenty of oil and gas under the North Sea. And plenty of coal under the land too.

They only stopped digging for it because the NUM made it cheaper to import it.

Was reading that some retired high ranking service personnel were saying that the Army has been slimmed down so far, they would be hard pressed to capture anywhere larger that a small market town.
