I'm supposing then, that if the suspect had been if Asian or other non white descent, then his ethnicity would not have been disclosed, as it may have led to what we have witnessed before in various places. That i can understand.

It was after the Southport killings that police chiefs agreed that where there was a risk of internet conspiracy theories dominating the narrative some ethnicity information would be advisable.

In 'certain cases' tends to mean, if white shout it from the rooftops.....if black keep it hidden for as long as possible.

Absolutely. 
But in this Orwellian world in which we now live, it just doesnt work like that.
On another forum which I frequent, the outpouring of bile and hatred about her over the last couple of days is absolutely sickening.
Mainly from younger people who have been through the mind altering system that masquerades as an education system these days.
They are quite articulate but have no capability of independent objective rational thought.
Makes me even more fearful for the future.

But that would be equality, whereas what we have today is equity.
