Sadly, I suspect all options will be hassle, as as some people believe they should be able to get everything for nothing, or will piss you around making an appointment, then not being bothered to turn up.  But then you have more patience than me

Having been clearing out the remnants of my old life for some time now, I feel well placed to offer a view.

FB marketplace people are the *worst* to deal with by a long chalk, they'll haggle you to death over a quid then want whatever it is delivered for free.  IME best only as a last resort. EBay people are much better on the whole, but without being able to ship it, sales may well be slow.

An alternative would be to list it all as a single item on FB marketplace and give someone else the ar$e ache of splitting it down. You're likely to have to let everything go very cheaply going that route though  .

I suppose it depends somewhat on the value of what you're selling. A full snap on setup is a very different proposition to some Clarke branded sockets.

Yeah, do a garage sale.  Or a car boot, nice weather for it.

I gave up on Car boot sales a long time ago.
Infested with recent arrival who either try to nick your stuff or want it for next to nothing.
Item priced at £10. " I will give you £1 for it."
 " No you wont, now far cough".
"I came back near the end and give you £1".
" No you wont, because I will put it in the bin rather than sell it to you for £1".
Which is exactly what I did with quite a few bits.
