........
It looks to be a pretty tidy car.
..........

It does indeed look tidy.  :y  The original listing states that it's been painted but doesn't specify where or how much or which panels were painted, although we could all probably guess lol.   ::)

It was on ebay a while back for £5495. Not sure what happened as at the beginning of July it was for sale again on 'Retro Cars for Sale', and now it's at Mathewson auction.  :-\

On a separate note, I never realised that the 2.6 didn't have the dual exhaust system like the 3.2. That's the reason that I went with the Jetex dual system, as both Longlife and Powerflow wanted to fit the single system, as in the YouTube clip.  :y

From the factory, the V6 was always two separate pipes to the back box. 2.5/6 got single exit, 3.0/2 got twin.

Even the Irmscher left and right exit, the right hand tail pipe was from the output side of the back box. :y

Ah, my mistake, it appears that they are the same.  :-[  When I typed in 2.6 complete exhaust system, it came up with a single system from the downpipes back, like the Longlife version in the clip.
Note to self, check facts several times before posting.  ::)  :-[

Cheers Al, that’s what I’d always thought.  :y  I got confuddled when I typed in 2.6 complete exhaust system and a single system from cats back popped up.  :-[
Longlife, as in the YouTube clip, and Powerflow, seem incapable of fabricating the dual system for some reason, or they both do it to cut costs.  :-\

Longlife (previously at Weston on the Green) told me that they struggle with the twin entry in to the back box, due to the shape of their rear box and the available space to fit it in, so they just don’t bother.  ::)

That is just lazy or they don't produce their own components.
