I rather liked the Renault 5, it's was very comfy and insanely cheap on my work least scheme. £250/m all inclusive. (insurance/service/tyres/etc)

Test driving one tomorrow... ;)
I always fancied the original Renault 5.  Only the self destructing Turbo variant, obviously
The funny thing is, I hated the original with a passion. (And did my bit by battering one of them into the scrap yard using my Mum's Volvo). ;D

Oh, and did someone mention curry? :D

Tunnie - if the i4 is so cheap to run, why haven't you brought it up to Brakkers for a curry night, like you threatened to when you got it?

We're overdue curry and cobra!

I keep meaning to, as I need to raid the loft to find my old OO gauge stuff.

The standard Renault 5 was a crock.  TBH, the Renault 5 Turbo was as well, but fun when it was running.  It's a French car, 'nuff said really.

Yeah, lets see if/when we can get the useless student this way for curry :y
