Nobody is allowed to laugh at this one. My first car registered to me was an fso 125p. It was a brick on wheels. Learnt to drive in a triumph acclaim (1.3 twin cam), was quite quick for a four door saloon.

At 13 I had full access to a black Ford Prefect 100E to play with.
At 15 I had a Fiat 600 which I used to play with, could get it into second on the drive ::) ::) ::) sometimes used to take it up the road a little :-X
First on the road car was a 1963 Mini Woody, 850cc and floor mounted push button starter, Reg 6677UP

Was that the "Countryman" Mike? :-/

That's the one, also called a Traveller, a very practical car. :y :y :y

A 1965 Ford Anglia 997cc which I ended up "chavving" up a bit with twin choke carbs, 4 branch manifold, semi straight through large bore exhaust, 51/2J Rostyle wheels etc. etc. ::) Loved it to bits, but then I was only 17 at the time! ;D

Nothing wrong with the old Polonez. It handled and had a quick, cammy motor (for the time).

My first was a Mk2 Cortina, 1600 X-flow. Handled like a barge but had the best x-flow engine of 4 of the cars I owned with it.
