First car i had access to was a red Austin Allegro ...... first car in my name was an Austin Maxi  ;D..... swiftly followed by a Ford Capri 2.8  :y
Almost the same as me.. Austin Allegro followed by a 1.6 Capri then the 2.8 Capri... changed the capri for a Porsche 924 and have owned one ever since..

First car was  1976 ford escort estate 1100. Hit the brakes a bit hard one day and drivers seat fell through the floor and I ended up looking at the roof with steering wheel still in my hands. Decided it was time to move on and got my first Carlton (1980 2.0l) :) :)

Very American with the 'Coke bottle' styling Andy:y.  Never liked it myself as much as the Mk2/4 & 5 Cotina's, even though I drove two brand new Mk 3's!  Never really knew why; just didn't :-/ :-/ :-/.
