My seven year old came in today and pronounced "My mate gave me a whole bunch of dr who cards today" A whole bunch? >:(

My grandchildren live in Los Angeles and have a full on San Fernando Valley accent interspersed with odd 'Northern English' vowel sounds picked up from my daughter!It sounds weird.

I pity my poor lad. I'm a scouser, the wifes a geordie, we live in yorkshire and he's bombarded all day with  @merican kids shows. ...I mean programmes.

I personally like the american accent and dialect i don't see the issue guys!

Both program and programme are valid english. Correct spelling is programme, but computers still run programs....
