Drivers on a IBM T41

some time ago i got hold of a T41 IBM, did a fresh XP SP2 install, since then i have not been able to get any of the drivers to work.

I have been on the IBM website, downloaded all the drivers and still nothing.
Work has lent me a T41 and i have checked out the two machines, mine has all the drivers the works one has and they all seem to be in the correct place, i been through everything and still i cant get this machine to work.


any ideas?
