What is it about spiders?

Just been called upstairs to remove a spider from 8 year old daughters bedroom ::) Upstairs are the 18 year old scroat, and my 16 year old stepsons and swmbo and not one of them would go anywhere near it, to remove it. It's tough being a Dad.... ;D ;D ;D

Scoop it up in your hand & tease/terrify them with it before luzzing it out the window. There's a statistic somewhere saying on average we eat 5 spiders in our sleep so you could let them know!!! ;D

Iv'e done that in the past to the boys, they are wise and had their bedroom door well and truly shut............ ::) ::) ::) swmbo would go ape, so not worth it.. ::) ::) ::) I called them all 'Wimps' as I came back downstairs.... ;D ;D ;D

The year 25,000BC's top Darwin Award winners were all people who were missing the gene for the fear of spiders and snakes. And wasps probably.

Ohhh...Spiders  ..even the word gives me the shivers.

Most men Mr Dusty included not frightened of spiders though. :-* :-* :-*

My first wife sat outside our house one night for 2 1/2 hours till I got home because there was a big spider in the hall ::)

im not a lover of spiders, i swat them with a newspaper if there big ::) but i do find snakes fascinating, especially the black mamba

I aint sure I like the idea that Guy suggests that we eat them in our sleep.........
Also I aint sure i would want to shift a spider the size of that one in Harry Potter :-?
