I doubt if any insurance company has agreed to insure him! ::) ::)

If I was him I would do everything I could to save the house, and tell everyone who is trying to stop him to "F off!!"

I cannot see how any court can rule against him trying to save his own property in the interests of scientific reaserch, or has this country gone completely bonkers? ::) ::) ::) >:(

Scientific research is no reason to lose a home but it seems natures got it sewn up already so it hardly matters.
Is this on the south or east coast? ::)

It does to Peter Boggis!! :o :o :o :D ;)

Why should he not try and save his home Amigo, even if he ends up on an island of his own? ::) ::) :D ;)

Ah but heres the interesting bit "Gregory Jones, Mr Boggis' lawyer, told Mr Justice Blair - the brother of the former Prime Minister" Talk about keeping it in the family with his wife being a QC

Indeed Lizzie but judging by the erosion it looks like a stable door horse scenario! ::)

Natural England. It's been a long time since this place was as it is supposed to be, but I wont go there. They need to get their heads from up their arses and get a proper job. I hope one of them is 'studying' when the rather house goes, right on top of them.
