3.8 miles to work took 2 hrs!

The first 1.2 miles took 1.5 hrs!

if i only had to go 3.8 miles to work id bike it or bus. could walk that in 20mins

That ain't walking! That must be approaching a pretty good time for a middle-distance runner.

I went to somerfield for some lunch (100 yards away) and almost landed on my arse a few times then!

Last year for that problem I got 2 pairs of non-skating shoes  

or I would break my bum..

Just kept spinning... and sliding backwards  

Ended up turning TC off and booting it!

20 mins, figure of speech, still isnt far to walk, i used to walk 6miles down the A40 yrs ago as there was no transport to get there mind you was pretty fit then

It was all down hill, it used to take him 3 hours to get back
