Yep, happy New Year to one and all  ;D  I hope no one has suffered from last night's stormy weather, my neighbours fence is doing it's best to change into decking  ;)

Beautiful sunshine here today - but heard on the local radio: The New year's day sponsored dip in the sea was called off - because:- The wrong sort of waves!

Best of luck  :y

I normally find cruise is at best the same, usually lower mpg....

Well I'm a bit heavy footed and keeping a constant speed makes sure you take smoother lines and brake a bit less - I was getting occasional 40mpgs on the flat.

Well it will be invaluable on the motorway come summer time when I can set it on at 70mph (naughty I know!) and leave it on until Brent Knoll unless stuck in traffic.

I know it is a bit over the limit when towing but in France 82.5 is legal!

It'd soon pay for itself - especially on a 3.0  :y
