as a basic precaution : a heavily loaded PC (in terms of hardware and software) is not a good candidate for multiple tv card systems even without MCE.. cause they really deplete the IRQS and base adresses ..

and tv card+graphics card+motherboard + their driver softwares is really a complicated scenario.. ;D

then add in s3 standby....
