Ok, who else keeps a full record of all work done on the car on Excel spreadsheet, noting the date, mileage, etc…?

Ummm.....i do  ::).....but then i have an excuse  ;)

I have four cars all used as Taxi's and without it i carnt remember whats been done to each car

ie veccyB driver phoned me and said he needed new front tyres last week.....after a quick check on the spreadsheet....he last had front tyres 20k miles ago.....so ok he's allowed new front tyres  ;)

I've all the receipts in the back of the log book and make an itemised list when I come to sell the car on - unless I trade in then I don't bother.  :P

I've got spreadsheets for the last 5 cars and a huge folder full of receipts.  I daren't add them all up.
