Omega outside temperature
« on: 11 January 2009, 16:21:49 »

Have just noticed outside temperature is reading between 56 deg centigrade, and 67 deg centigrade.

Hmmm......with ice all over the car, not sure this is a totally accurate reading.......Any ideas what the problem may be chaps? :y :y :y

you might be better off putting your question in the help section. more likely to get a response that way.

if thats showing on your MID it means the ambient air temperature sensor is fubar....

Its situated behind the front bumper.....tiny little sensor and cheap enough to replace...

I tested my mv6 one a few years ago against a digi thermonmeter, and it was the same.  Whether that was luck, or if the digi one was equally inaccurate, who knows!
