The relevance bit applies in the sale/wanted section too...

A header of 'wanted' on its own says exactly break all....  Car?  Wheel?  Left handed backlash eliminator for a 1995 Omega 5.7 V8 semi automatic????

Help others to help you....    :y

(Jees, this isn't doing my blood pressure much use......   >:(  )

.......and relaaaaax.
.......breathe-away.
.......letting all that stress ebb-away.

Thread drift, like piles, simply happens....  Trick is to make sure the initial title matches what follows at the outset....   ;)

Topic titles understood & point taken but does General chat have to be car related? I know it gets used as a chat room but that's no bad thing, reckon that's why the whole thing's such a success coz we can air our opinions on everything. I'm sure we all appreciate the time (& headaches) that admins input to running the show but wouldn't like to see things getting too regimented.

All work & no play etc...... :-/

Absolutely no probs whatsoever with general chat being about, well, general chat!

It can however, get tedious to re-read the likes ancient jokes that have been emailed to the sun and back a zillion times as well as having to wade through LOTS of pictures of scantily clad maidens (not really a chore, per se, just time consuming!!) to ensure that we have not crossed the line as to content.

That said, some are close to the knuckle and, given we cater for both sexes (and variations....) content is unbalanced.  Apparently...

Toys back in AmivoV6 ;D

Nobody said all posts have to be able cars  :-/. Just remember than Omegas/cars are what our common interest is.  We're even interested in your 52k Cortina ;D.

This thread is more of a reminder about the forum guidelines, as posted at the top of every board, but apparently nobody reads, or choose to ignore.

Fair go B. I guess we could go look at such things elsewhere should we wish & without being condecesnding we should consider our lady members. I don't particularly want to see pics of half dressed blokes.
I'll miss the girlie pics if they stop though!!!!! :P

I'm not really bothered whats posted (as long as its legal - I have an obligation to check that).

I do think occasionally we are getting bogged down with tired old jokes, NWS 'same old' type pictures etc.  I wouldn't want these to disappear, but personally feel these are sometimes overpowering and detracting from the section, if that makes sense?  I should stress that is my own personal view, not necessarily that of the Admin team.

i dont want to see pictures of half dressed blokes
but at the end of the day there are plenty of females on the site that might want to see pictures of half dressed blokes and not half dressed females

i'm not taking sides with either the men or women on the site but fair is fair everyone has there own opinion
