Anyone used it? I'd be interested to know what mine is, the only outstanding finance i have is my official student loan.

I have a credit card, but its paid off in full every month.

Is it actually worth knowing?  :-/

Student Loans don't show on credit reports...........

In that case my report would be very empty!

No credit history can count against you as much as bad I've found.

Natwest and O2 seem to reject this in my experience. Vodafone and HSBC seemed more forgiving - well thats when my credit report was nonexistent then good. Now its appalling!!

To get myself mortgage friendly I got Experian AND Equifax reports then cleared any badness.
If you find this a problem Tunnie I'm sure Uncle TB would let you take out a heuuuge loan to buy him a nice late model 3.2 and improve your credit rating. He's a good chap like that you know.

Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes!!!

It's about much more than just your own debts! Any address you've been registered at with other people can have an effect on your rating!

Even if you just do the free online trials it's very useful, especially as you can print it off!

You don't have to sign up for anything ---- get a copy of your file from each company under Freedom Of Information Act --- used to cost a quid a pop --- probably more now though.
