I personally think you need to consult a solicitor on the basis that he is harrassing you Nick.
On the first occasion they won't be able to do much other than get a restraining order against him, but the minute he breaks that (and it sounds like he will) then the courts get seriously pi**ed off as they don't like having their orders flouted.

Here are a few ideas,

1) taller fences
2) point a CCTV camera at his window
3) Hedges
4) Every time he looks at you take a picture

that 1 reason why ive been trying to build a motor onto the cam so i can move it around

You cant play with the motor everytime..use more (hidden if possible) cameras instead..

i gotta be careful as ive already had the council round to check where my cams point
have a guess who grassed me up to the council about my camera's

report him to the police for noncing if hes eyeing your daughter up then im sure the police should take a peek at his HDD
