Any OOF members going to Murrayfield tomorrow?
« on: 09 February 2007, 17:00:54 »

I’m not expecting a result in our favour, although it would be nice, but this is one of the best family days out on 6 nation’s calendar. The Scotland / Wales (no offence meant to any of the other nations), game always seems to have such great spirit both on and off the pitch. :y

It’s just a shame I have to travel down and back on the same day. :'(

Mini jocular meet anyone? ;D

love to meet up but frankly rugby appeals to me as much as a ford ka.

Ball is wrong shape and rules are stranger than cricket  ;D

Having a Welsh Mother and Father I will be shouting for Wales (sorry fellas) but when England and Wales play I will be shouting for England because I was born in England.

My old man always says to me if a dog is born in a stable it doesn't make it a horse. What he is really try to tell me is being of welsh parentage I should consider myself a Welshman but then we wouldn't have the friendly banter after rugby or football matches ;)

Well Elite Pete, I can't really say what happened to your boys yesterday. ::)
I don't think the Welsh came out with that 'go get em' instinct.
I ain't complaining anyway, and my 8 year old son who went down with me, has still got a grin from ear to ear. ;D :y
Nasty journey back home last night, snow rain and blizzards, and finally got in just before midnight (thank god for the snow plough drivers).
The barge also developed an annoying problem on the way home as well, but I'm off to write an essay about that in help section right now!
Cheers
