Cerbacious cycst, fairly common in blokes where a gland get blocked.  I have one, the location of which stops me running or cycling right now, and I am waiting for the doc to take it out but they're too busy with Swine flu.

One or two points from a medical persective:

- NO GLOVES!  :o
- No separate recepticle for biowaste
- NO GLOVES!  :o :o
- No local antiseptic that I could see
- NO GLOVES!  :o  :o :o
- without packing it properly to heal form the inside out he risks it getting infected, quite badly!
- NO GLOVES!  :o  >:(

The choice of anaesthetic is a good one though  :y
