.......but if you travel 10 minutes away from the town it is a lovely part of the country. :y
As long as you dont head in the direction of Chavtown on sea (Clacton) ::) ;D

This is true. Some lovely countryside around there. Some nice roads too. :y

Clacton is possibly the saddest place in the universe. Used to go the the nightclub at the end of the pier just to  prop up the bar and take the p155 out of the local chavs. ;D

We live in a little village 10 miles to the North, lovely little place, if a bit quiet, nothing like what people imagine Essex to be. :y
Some great roads round these parts, have great fun on the bike.keep trying to get DLK on the back to show him around the area, but he seems to always have some excuse. :-/ :D
Went to Chavtown yesterday, the outlaws inlaws live there, had a hell of a job trying to get back out :o one of the chavs had put his chavmobile on its roof in the middle of the road at 6p.m. the roads were log jammed and I was panic stricken. ;D
Best not to take the p155 out of them these days, they are all on crack or smack, and will shoot you or stab you if you upset them. Its like the wild west sometimes. ::) ;D

I used to be a member of the gliding club at Wormingford many moons ago.
