The programmes squeezed between the ads are equally as bad.
The answer is don't switch it on in the first place. Go to the kitchen, put a cd on prepare & cook a meal, go & tinker in the garage, sit at the pc at least it's interactive. Friends have these HUGE things hung on the wall with stacks of dvds & i feel sorry for them if that's all they've got to look forward to.
Don't watch the adverts or the sad excuse for programmes. ::)

Quite a few are mad - I can think of a few but can't remember their names.

My boss was off work for a couple of months health scare and he knew it was time to come back when he got addicted to a Jeremy someone or other show.

There are some good programmes if you look for them.

What is worrying for me is that 90% of what I watch broadcast is from one company.

Mind you my ITV watching is at an all time high - 2 programmes in a week ;D ;D

I have a contest with my wife about what the heading is going to be on Jeremy Kyles show. Its a great game, you should try it.

Just make sure it always involves the brother being in love with his sister who is pregnant with his baby but she has strong feelings for her father who could also be the babys dad.

We'll be back with the DNA results after this break, dont go away!!!!!!

(God I need to find a purpose in life!!!!!!!) :-[ :-[ :-[

The is only one difference between the kids proggies of your day, and what you get now.....today's drugs are cut beyond belief, and the dealers don't give a toss what they cut them with.

I hate all the adds, plus what gets me riles is the fact that the add breaks used to be 2 mins long, and every 15 mins.

Some sky progs they are 4/5 mins long (it seems) and sometimes 10 mins appart.

Best investment I made was Sky + HD (Hate thier charges and program/ad structure.  but the invest ment in the box now means I record everyt thing and rhen FF through the ads.  ::)
