And i also still live at home, which you also mention at every possible opportunity  ;)

I also 'sponge' off my parents, which you point out at every opportunity  ;)

I've never ever used the word, it's not even a word I generally use. Please feel free to find & post all posts where I use that word.  :y   :y

You don't use that word, but you might as well, because you imply it.

I am now contracting at a rate of £250 per day for Sky.
I can't imagine for one minute that Sky would "mislay" any paperwork on your behalf, so you lose 40% of that to the man before you even start.

More like 10% when self employed  :)
Ah yes.  Good old IR35.  :D

Tunnie.
You live with your parents .... I couldn't really give a rat's bum. What does annoy me .... and others .... is your attitude to others. There are loads of people on this forum who earn much much less that you & have a family to support, some are out of collar & still have a family to support. They don't need a yoof continually spouting on about what they have to spend & what they've spent it on.
Your views on the posties shows that you don't really have many feelings outside of Tunnie!
I & others would be quids in if I/we only had to pay for the up the keep of 3 cars in return for full food & accomodation at our parents house. Of course they provide it for you - they're your parents, I pay for my daughter's uni accom, but I don't have to.
Just remember that there is a world outside of your own.  :y

Its my view at the end of the day, and colleagues at work (twice my age) agreed with me. But i am not going to go into that again.

Apart from the bike, i am careful with my money.
