Few years ago when father tunnies previous Omega was on company lease, previous owners of the house did the same thing.

One day just backing out, accidentally tapped it, easily done, half road its almost impossible to back out.

Turns out we wrote their car off   :o  - Funnily enough they did not park their new car there  ;D

Im bored of it now. Just got home with an extra half hour in the car. As per usual the local coucil got it wrong. We were supposed to get it yesterday and Ive noticed gritters out and about over last few nights despite it being pretty obvious that there was no snow nor was there going to be. Today, of course, quite a bit of the stuff and its sticking but no gritters so its all getting impacted. Got to one uphill bit on an A road with no tyre tracks to follow in as it was really coming down and crawled up at 5-10 mph the arse end going all over the place and the TC flashing like mad. Managed to get up it but some just gave up and pulled over as best they could while those nice people in their 4wd simply overtook and made it look easy. Didnt see a single gritter or evidence of one in the 25miles back >:(

Don't know if law still applies but access from property was enforcable even if damaged caused to other vehicle but entrace to property not ie if you are on your drive and the exit is blocked you can 'move' the car but on return to your property if drive blocked you can not do the same.Maybe I am confused at my age,I am sure some one will put me right(and not before time)

I'm sure a few friendly dents while attempting to 'manouvre' your vehicle will stop them parking there  :y
