The bar graph i'm looking at says the brown column is way ahead of the red column & closely being followed by green column.
I'm giving nothing away here ;D

Tricky one-I don't know how to block avatars, so they always show.

I have been uncomfortable with a few avatars including the subject one as I use OOF frequently at work (while on hold to clients/solicitors) and my screen is visible to all staff, so this has meant I have had to cut OOF use down-a few staff did get the wrong idea; it is difficult to explain what an avatar is or the relevance of it to the wrong person.
