she is the most patronising, hairy, transvestite looking, supreme super biaaaatch I have ever had the displeasure to meet. If she was a bloke, although debatable whether she actually is, I would .......arrrggghhhhhhh!!!!!!! 

Ok so she does not look good .

But what is actually wrong with her ability to enforce company policy in your branch, and in the process used in monitoring your performance? :-/ :-/

the area manager in question makes up the rules to suit her, she's not consistent, she judges people by what they look like, if your face doesn't fit, your out!...she plays the favoritism game and before she came along the previous two area managers didn't feel the need to dish out diciplinary's like they were raffle prizes but she does. Now instead of fearing them you actually want to collect the set just for a laugh, she has made them meaningless instead of something to be ashamed of!!!

Ok.  Well if you feel the disciplinaries are unfair, and out of line with company policy as per the company's manual of procedures, rules and regulations, then use the appeals procedure to air your grievences to her superior, or a member of the HR Department.
