Yup, 8 minutes to Paddington on mail line services, 15 mins into Central London on either Central Line or Piccadilly!

Glad it's all going through smoothly, and £15k under asking price is pretty good!

Yup, previous sale fell through at last minute due to buyer had issues, i got it for less than original selling price so bit of a bargain. Well i say bargain, still cost 200k   

You can get a whole house around here for that!

Not sure about that. If you go to 231 Horn Lane, London W3 in Google Earth Street View, you'll see the spare mattress that Tunnie thought came with the flat being taken away in a Transit!

I do totality agree on prices, around here would get me detached house. But at the current time, London is better option for me
