Dunno where to post this thread, thought about general car chat, but it's not a car..... ::)  (Admin, please move if required)

Need a set of conrods for a yamaha YZF 750R 1994 (M) reg

Little  ends are damaged, any idea where to pick a cheap set up from.

Either ask on a YZF forum, or it's a main stealer jobbie...and if you think VX main stealers are bad, wait 'til you've priced Genuine bike parts !! 

You could try Fowler's of Bristol, but I doubt they'll be much cheaper than a main stealer.

Surely it would be cheaper to get a new set specially made or your old ones reconditioned by a small precision engineering firm...

Twigworth Motorcycle breakers, Twigworth, nr Gloucester.
Excellant for motorcycle bits and engines, about 15 miles from me. They have a website, and very helpful too.

If they have what you want, will pick it up for you in the estate and meet you somewhere?

Might be cheaper to buy a recon engine outa the MCN or Used bike guide.....Just a thought  :y
