This form of accounting seems more readily understood, to me at least, can they not just give you a single unit cost - without those other complicating factors?

They rely on the complicating factors that prevent you comparing deals and discovering you're being taken for a ride. Same as mobile phone contracts, Sky TV, BT, etc. >:(

I'm with Scottish power. Every quarter I get a meter reading request by email. I read the meters and enter them into their farcical web site and job done. :y

They didn't even charge me an estimated bill for the 9 months when my leccy meter had stopped recording. ::)

Kevin

nice useage maps year on year thou for comparison purposes.

Looks ok to me ... The argument about when/how your meter has been read or not is a different one I'm afraid

That is actually my main gripe with them, has been organised so many times.

The Gas side, read the meter outside and bill me 2 days later.

The Electric side as it is so far doesnt seen to be able to sort out a night out in a brewery, they would hold the event the week/month before they advertised it.  :-/

Seems I offended someone -  :-X  Ah well, cant please everyone.  ::)

tut tut skruntie.....

On the Eon matter, never met such a bunch of incompetent numpties in all my life

Never been a customer myself but the previous owner of our house was and we had letters for the first 2  yrs we were here from Eon chassing money which wasnt even outstanding......

Muppets

Maybe I should hit the Alert Mod button

This could be come a legal case if they are running the accounts section.

Plus using thier name might carry copyright fee's  ::)

if you think MUPPETS is a swear word Skunt please feel free to do so

I see you have again chosen to try and have a dig at me even though my posting was in relation to your Eon problem

Skruntie and M : This constant bickering is getting tiresome. If it's not possible to see eye to eye can we please at least learn to turn the other cheek and ignore each other?

Totally agree Kevin.

Have tried to lighten the mood with smiles, but name calling at that level is completely OUT OF ORDER  >:(

Locking thread as requested.

Skruntie and M, please sort your differences, or learn to either get on, or learn to ignore each other.  We are not interested in who started what/how/when, but the end result is getting somewhat tiresome for everyone.

Thankyou in advance for your cooperation :y
