.....coincidentally, I`m going there tomorrow. 8-)

My own little GWR Pannier tank is 5" gauge and live steam; I scratch-built her many moons ago. ;)

I had a small N gauge set.. one loop with a sub loop, little mountain, tunnel, station..

Always wanted a huge train set - a friend of mine as a kid had one in the loft that covered the entire house.

Oh the jealousy.

I am putting mine in the garage but not much room, so far the end and one side, it was a half finished portable layout now bolted to the wall

in the 1960s I used to exhibit mine in public and was in the local papers for doing so - now in bits in the loft

mine had the overhead electric supply - modelled on the Manchester to Sheffield run via Penis _tone.
