Millwall. Explaint to the police that you were suffering vile racial abuse, felt very threatened, were outnumbered, panicked and reacted out of character. It seems to work well enough when it is the other way round.
I think peole who speak like this should be deported, and I dont care wether or not they were born here.
Well done mate.
Agreed Albs!
Speak to the local Police Hate Crime Unit who should view the lead up to your misdemeanor as a hate crime, with hopefully this never going to court as you were sorely provoked. Were there any independant witnesses to the abuse given out to you Millwall and others? If so they may take action against this nasty group.
Sadly, the racism laws are such that they are non-reversable... So, they are able to say what they like, but, you cannot say or do anything that may be considered Racist...
times have changed the officers from the race crime unit told me they now investigate more non white people for racism and they are investigating the muslims in my case im going back to the police in 2 weeks so hopefully they will be prosecuted there were plenty of witnesses so shouldnt be a problem
Exactly Millwall

Our Hate Crime Unit with Kent Police makes this statement:
"Are you, or is someone you know, being bullied, harassed or verbally abused? Is this because of your sexual orientation, religion, disability or race?
If so,
this is a hate incident and should be reported.Glad to hear the Met Police are following that policy, which I know they do usually with all vigour!
