Indeed. Riggers all the way. Easy to kick off when you get a crazy itch on your foot. Try that with your lace ups! 8-)

Oh but rigger boots are a nightmare if your welding or cutting with bottles . . . Ouch

Can't say i've ever had any weld or hot metal go down them (yet). Open shirt & overalls collar well that's another story

My current work footwear. Been in them for about 2 months now and they seem fine. No rubbing or anything.

it is advisable to wear your trousers outside the boots when doing those jobs!!!

Assuming DLK wears trousers whilst doing said jobs.
