The one in my tomcat was fine, head gasket wise to be fair. I just didnt ever feel like taking it very far from my house on a really hot day. Something always at the back of my mind telling me not to bother

to be fair they have a bad rep  but touch wood mine runs lovely   and i check all the levels weekly  but i do that with all my cars :y

The one Rover I wished Id had before they all died was the rover sterling... dont know why but it was always calling me to come and get one but I never did  :-?

my mrs used to have the 825 sterling  was a nice car  she had it for 3 years of faultless motoring  always regretted selling it

 My other problem was it wasnt a good match for my big white box either .... time to move on I suppose  ;)

I always fancied a rover 800 coupe, thought I would look a bit of a cock driving one tho. 75's are cool, the V8 one very much so.
