Ah language problems.
I was working on a big project here together with a bunch of frenchmen.
Our official project language was english.
We were very good at it (well most of us).
But the french with their accents  ;D
Still remember when we were on a training and this guy was constanly trying to say  things like:

"Take a look at this sheet"
"this is a sheet for..."

But his accent was a bit wrong so he always said:

"Take a look at this shit"
"This is a shit for..."
etc

sometimes I cant understand the language of my citizens even being Turkish  :o :(  better I call UK services, probably I'll understand better ;D :y

imo, telephone conversations actually a hard and serious job that your dictation must be almost perfect and in a step by step manner.. but companies give those jobs to some snob that even dont know talk the self language >:(

Not if you call a Scottish based call centre you won't Cem! ::) ::) ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

Used to speak to Sky up there and it was easier to speak to a friendly, clear English speaking Indian in Delhi!! ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;)
