........and now I have received a letter to say they are painting all the stairwells, lobbies, and our front door frames! :D :D :y :y :y

I have also been told by an Area Manager for Affinity Sutton that they are going to replace all the communal fllor tiles 8-) 8-) 8-)

Our mortgage is about four times that amount. Is it any wonder all I can afford to drive is a shagged out Omega?......  :'( :'( :'( :-* :-* :-* :-*

Ditto, and there's only me paying mine :( Bet you get more for your money up there in Lincolnshire, though!
