In hindsight, you are most probably right.  It got me a head of steam up and decided to do both on the spur of the moment then disappear to a hot bath and classic FM to relax.  :'(

For some reason, it got my blood pressure up (and to a certain extent, still does....) 
magic fm works better ;D
