now i know some people dont like tesco fuel but ive never had no proplems .
anyway saw that they had a offer that if you bought a case of coke[works out about 30 p a can] you got 5p liter off fuel. so i get 1 normal and 1 diet thinking id get 10 p a liter of the fuel.bought a load of shopping and the woman only gave me a voucher for one .
so checked bill to see if she had charged me for 2 and in fact she had charged me for 3 :-?.so had a bit of a argument with them and they said because it was one transaction i could only have one voucher.not happy had a bit of a discussion thn had to go to customer services for a refund.because it was there mistake they double the refund so 16 pounds thank you very much. i then told the woman i didnt want the diet coke so she refunded that as well,i then told her i had changed my mind and would have the coke paid her and she gave me my bill plus a fuel voucher!
so a bit of a result in the end.

i bought 20 mayfair king size from there 2 weeks ago, she rang up and gave me superkings instead, couldnt just swap the pkts even though same price i had to go to customer services, get a refund and go back to the till and buy some more. only go in there cause no morrisons near me.

Also, did you know you can use 3 fuel vouchers in one go? So saving 15ppl .......worth brimming the tank for that discount 

Ive already got one voucher and will get another tomorrow.....and will fill my skudo up .... about 70 litres....so £7 saving  Sad thing is, it will only take me 2 1/2 days to use that

Theres one not too far from me in Hatfield, but never use it because my local Shell does LPG for 71.9p.

But with up 15p off LPG at Tescos, I could make the effort.

yep you can use 3 at once   my mrs works at tescos and gets a few vouchers so we fill up the cars and vans there saving 15p a litre everytime

yep you can use 3 at once   my mrs works at tescos and gets a few vouchers so we fill up the cars and vans there saving 15p a litre everytime

You would need to use 12 vouchers in one go to get fuel for the same price as LPG. 

So if you an apply those vouchers to LPG could get fuel for 55p a litre

Actually the staff in the garage are pretty clued up.....i guess they dont allow the retards to authorise pumps dispensing flammable material 
Also they now scan the vouchers (it used to be manual operation) so the tills wouldn't accept multiple vouchers if it wasnt allowed

They may have done, not been there for quiet a while, was mainly using Safeways at London Conley at 64p untill they put there prices up a few months back.

They may have done, not been there for quiet a while, was mainly using Safeways at London Conley at 64p untill they put there prices up a few months back.

 

I recall that weekend, filled up on the Friday on way West at 64p then again on the way back on the Sunday at 72p (or thereabouts)  bit of a surprise that!!  So much for inflation!

That used to be my local, big Tesco, when it was new, early to mid 90's....
