Exactly Aaron.Heart goes out to the old boy, which is why I am not overly concerned about the ins and outs of who should pay what and when.I chucked in a couple of squids, and if a few more do the same it might just help the restore the old fellas faith in human nature, and help alleviate his distress.
How many times have we seen the phrase on here "charity begins at home" ?

David Cameron has announced that all businesses damaged by rioters and looters will be recompensed for damage. Hopefully this will include this fella
