Hi guys
Just wondered if there is still a tent pitch available? There would be me and SWMBO. If there is a pitch left i can give you a definite answer maybe later tonight or tommorw morning. If i am able to attend would me bringing a large gas BBQ be of any help?
Thanks in advance, Jez

Shoulda asked before.....how far away from the campsite is the B&B AA and myself have booked into?
Is it staggering distance or should AA bring his powakaddy to wheel me back  ;D

Half a mile up a quiet country lane - but you only have to make it upstairs.  Free wheelbarrows available for those with wobbly legs  ;)

Ahh staggering distance then...cheers  :y

OK the site is booked and a deposit has been paid for all of the above + 2 spare pitches (just in case).  The costs are listed on the website and you can settle up directly with the owner as you arrive. :y

Confirmation received from site for 2 caravans and 11 tents.  I'll send her a note to say the numbers are up to 12 possibly 14 if Jez and Mark can make it.  No need to pay me deposits guys - but we do need to start planning who's bringing what, BBQ etc, and what you want to do for the weekend other than sit in a field eating burgers all day.  Post up your your wish list and I'll see what I can do. :y

Wrynose and Hardknott passes with the TC turned off  ;D then back for more burgers?

I went to the "Cars of the Stars" museum last year and it's interesting but it'll only kill an hour or so IMO.

Walking / Sailing?

I'd suggest water skiing, but the do-gooders have banned powerboats on lakes...
