Went to Cutteslowe today to have a look around, it's got some parrots and assorted birds in enclosures, model railway you can ride, big park area, lake, food place and loads of ice cream vans, under cover area, childrens play area...so by all accounts a nice place and all importantly a car park we can take photo's in  ;D
Mrs TB said it would probably be a suitable venue for an afternoon meet, though then conceded that she hadn't been there for 30 years ;D

I lived in Horspath 30 years ago, wonder if I know her?  ;D
No, she lived in the slade 30yrs ago (I think)

Would Saturday the 1st of May be a suitable date for all?
I really don't mind when it is, so thought I may as well just pick a date, that's one week tomorrow...does anyone need more notice? Can make it two weeks tomorrow if that makes it easier?

That's a good question Kai, I've only ever used the entrance if you drive from Kidlington to Oxford city centre...opposite 'five mile drive'
I'm not sure which would be better?

I'm good for the 1st.  Looks like I'll be a passenger in a 2.2, with a laptop on my lap, trying my hand at calibrating tunnies LPG.  Any LPG experts going in case I make a pigs ear of it?

Ok, so let's set the date for the 1st. It's a shame you can't make it Paul, but hopefully I'll get to meet you soon  :y
I think what I'll do is take some photo's of where exactly it is we're meeting for those members who don't know where it is, and the postcode etc.
Alternatively, we can meet at mine and we can go in convoy to Cutteslowe, it's only an 8 minute drive, if that.
