Snake oil?

Apparently this is not available for Opel/Vauxhall, so I don't expect anyone will actually have it on their Omegas, but I was wondering if any one had any experience with it on another car.

I wonder if I could  overcome the throttle response delay on my TD Astra with one?  ;D  ;D  ;D  ;D
