Changing the batts not an option kevin,just done mine and stuck it back together with clear silicion,cost £15 for the batts(which i was ripped off,because i dident realise you could use the three pin versions),and £2 for the bloke to solder em in.

Yep, I'd have no problem changing the batteries, and have done this for other members in the past. This one's a bit far gone, though, due to leakage onto the PCB. Can't see it working reliably if repaired. Perhaps I'll have another go at it and see what I can do.

Dident realise they had leaked mate,so obviously need a new one then.Heard somewhere on this site they were getting em from somewhere in australia.
