I see in the 3rd pic a 'hat wearer' is being given a ticket for not wearing his hat.....thus alerting following motorists that progress will be slow  

Well spotted TD, that doesn't look like a regulation car coat either so another 3 points for him, if they go on to check his driving gloves, he could get a ban.

The one with no hat is a VOSA official. The old guy's car had no rear number plate. It flew off just before he got there. They spent an hour looking around his car and made him remove the front side window tinting as it was too dark.

You must mean dropped off.....carnt believe he was going fast enough for it to fly off
