Is the 2CV the one with the manual adjustable headlights?

Yes a much better design than other cars-the adjuster was a simple rod with a thread on it, controlling the light bar.

Wonderful things  :y

My one and only project car:

Started off as something resembling a climbing frame in the back of a van 11 years ago almost to this day.

Is there any other type of car?  :-/

EDIT: To quote the motto of one of my kit car mailing lists: "Anything else is just transport!"

Maybe its just my particular car, but I am much slower in my Omega than even my old 1.0 litre front hatchbacks on my commute-it is less confidence inspiring, heavy and fills the lane meaning you have to always stop if coaches come the other way and you have no manouevering space in the width of the lane to be able to take the best line and get the speed up.

A 1248cc diesel mulitjet Panda would surprise many-ignore posted 0-60 (its for insurance ratings!), very few cars (except a few above  ;D ;D) ever kept with me in that down the lanes.

I supposed it is what I am used to-my mate has a Westfield and that it ballistic  ;D

For those that like a nice looking car, here's a pic of my pride & joy.

Have you still got it? ::)

Sadly no. I sold her 2 & 1/2 years ago. I got 5K for her & paid some of the mortgage.
It was a mistake to sell & i should've kept her :'( :'(

Live & learn ;)

My current Omega. Had it for 10 years, 5 months and 4 days and 23 hours (approx). Not so much a project, more a vocation.

Its condition has got worse to match mine. Bets are on to see which one pegs first.

And the winner could be awarded an Omega with no problems !(you could donate yours perhaps?)

Mine was an older beemer 325i E36.
Bought if from a friend, the engine was running like new even after 200 000 miles but interior was a complete disaster, and some scratches were on one door from the outside. But the paint was like new cause it was always stored in the garage and never had a accident.
Remade an interior, drove it for 6 months for free cause it was MOT-ed just before I bought it. And then sold it and earned some 500 pounds ;)
Those cars still fetch really high prices here
