Used to change it at 3k miles on everything but, now most of the cars recently I've had tell me when they need changing, I haven't had to do or get one done for a long time.

Oil 3-4k
Air filter (annual)
Fuel filter (2 years)
coolant (VX Red) (2 years)
Brake fluid (with front pads generally)
Pollen filter (2yrs)

Cheeky  :D - although, your old oil was black, so it's well due a change again, by now.

Once it's clean Di - I would say 3000 to 4000 intervals on your car.

Think you may have misunderstood me about the air filter though - that's good for about 20k IME ;)

I did your oil change on your return from France... :y

I try and aim for every 5k. I do no town driving at all. 50m each way every day (motorway) combined with a 220m journey twice a week. Just doing the long commute has done wonders for the engine!

Need to get the lpg fixed mind, I think shell are going to send me an xmas card :D

Can't use that "rule" any more ... it comes out the same colour it went in running on LPG ...  :)  but I still do one every 5000  :)

Write mileage on oil filter on yours ;)

Good idea, but filter can get dirty  :-/

Might get a white board for garage to keep track of all 3 + bike

Good idea, but filter can get dirty  :-/

Might get a white board for garage to keep track of all 3 + bike
On a 2.2, permenent marker works well, and easy to read.  Works well on her Rover, and filter more exposed on that
